WHY HEALTHY LIVING IS MY PASSION

When I was in my twenties, I knew that I wanted to share my passion for fitness with others. As a certified personal trainer, I have been doing just that for 25 years, but life’s challenges broadened my horizons. As a mother of two young children, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and my life was thrown into turmoil. I began to see that, while fitness was essential to my ability to function, I needed emotional balance to cope with the stress and fear. My journey led to my becoming a certified health coach. As a parent, a cancer survivor, a personal trainer, and a health coach, I am fulfilling my dream of sharing my knowledge – helping others to become the people they want to be.

MY MISSION

My goal is to guide you on your journey to wellness. Because journeys to wellness are highly individualized, benefitting people of all ages with diverse issues, I bring not only specialized listening skills but also an array of tools to design a personalized program to get you to your goal. Whether you are a new mother wanting to lose weight after childbirth, a busy professional feeling weak and lacking stamina, a person stuck in a yo-yo pattern of weight loss and gain, someone with digestive or health problems, or an older person feeling unsteady, to name just a few, I will be there with you every step of the way, helping you gain strength, control, and a sense of well-being.

As a skilled C.H.E.K Exercise Coach and NASM Certified Trainer, I know and understand proper body alignment and how to restore core function, muscle strength and balance through carefully selected exercise choices. I will motivate you to reach your fitness goals in a safe and supportive environment. I offer personalized assessments so that you are properly prescribed the correct exercises for YOU.

21 DAY DETOX

Research shows that you can begin to change a habit in 18-21 days. Kick sugar cravings with this 21 day program while purifying your system with clean, nutrient dense foods. Watch your energy increase and mental focus restored while losing the bloat. You will receive a shopping list and a meal plan. Have a vacation you are preparing for? Perhaps a wedding, reunion, or special event? Then this program is right for you!


6 WEEK PHYSIQUE SHIFT

This program is designed for the client who is looking to make changes both nutritionally and physically (a true physique shift will not be possible without the change in eating habits). Private personal training regimen will take place at least two times per week to assist in weight loss and muscle gain. My consistent support and accountability will guide you towards your goals. You will receive shopping lists, meal plans, and journals.


12 WEEK LIFESTYLE TRANSFORMATION

This program is where the mind and body unite so that transformation can take place. Lose body fat, gain muscle, and break habits in this 90 day regimen. You will receive shopping lists, meal plans, journals, lifestyle shift tools, action steps, support, accountability, and at least two times per week private personal training sessions. If you are tired of yo-yoing and are looking to make real long lasting lifestyle shifts then this program is right for you.


ONE ON ONE PRIVATE TRAINING

includes 45 or 60 minute sessions.


SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING

includes 45 or 60 minute sessions shared by two individuals.


SMALL GROUP TRAINING

includes 45 or 60 minute sessions shared by 3 or more individuals.


 

HEALTH COACHING

I am a certified Holistic Health Coach from the Health Coach Institute and as your personal coach I will guide you to becoming your best self. My program provides the right system, the right support, and the right accountability.

Health Coaching is an individualized program which can identify and assist areas that are lacking attention and are causing discomfort due to a lack of energy, inadequate diet, lack of sleep, food allergies/sensitivities, sedentary lifestyle, stress, hormonal imbalances etc


10 Week Body Transformation

This program is designed to effectively transform the body through daily millimeter shifts, allowing the formation of new habits. It provides a once per week 50 minute phone session. Here the client will learn week by week how to eat nutrient dense foods that are right for their specific body, uncover an unknown food allergy, break habits that are slowing them down and manage stress with the proper tools. I will provide the content, meal plan, shopping lists, tools, and reading materials, but most importantly, I will motivate, encourage, and hold accountable so week by week you can attain your goals.


4 Week Intensive

This program is an all out kick-the-cravings boost that provides 1 meal plan, 2 body fat/measurement assessments (if applicable at the beginning and end of the program) and one 60 minute phone session where we can jumpstart new eating habits and work on one posing issue.

Group Health Coaching

Health coaching can also be done in a group setting for friends, family, coworkers, yoga and Pilates studios etc.




Same as the individual program but with one 60 min group session. During this session, Anne will attack one topic and hold a 15 min Q&A. Individual measurements and body fat assessments at week 1 and week 4. Participants will have direct email contact throughout the entire program.
